Like, seriously, all he's done is throw tantrums because Kawaki has a working Karma seal and he doesn't, he's pretty much Isshiki's last resort plan, which is not a compliment btw, he had to turn to the likes of Ada and Daemon just to get what he wanted, and even his claw mark thing gets outplayed by everyone.
Anybody with a average 70 IQ and basic shadow clones might have a decent wincon on code and its honestly sad.
(1) Base Sanemi > Base Gyomei (Feats)
Sanemi dodged 5th Form point blank and Clashed with Kokushibo without getting a single scratch.
Reminder this is Kokushibo's second strongest form after LS since he is not Marechi nerfed.
Gyomei was fighting a Marechi nerfed Kokushibo, and Kokushibo never used any breathing form on him. He tried twice but did not expect blind dude is allatt. Marechi was clearly playing a role, which is why Gyomei lasted that long.
When Kokushibo unleashed a breathing form, Gyomei got cooked and unlocked the Mark.
Meanwhile non Marechi Kokushibo needed 6th form to overwhelm Sanemi.
(2) It isn't a feat for Gyomei "saving" Sanemi.
Gyomei only changed his trajectory. He was rushing towards Kokushibo, changed his trajectory and ended up helping Sanemi. It was just a good luck. It was unintentional and not really a feat for Gyomei since he and Sanemi are relative and reacting to the same attacks.
Even if you count it as a feat, there was smoke so Sanemi could not see the attack clearly. Gyomei doesn't need to see. (Being blind helps here)
(3) Stop the Sanemi downplay.
Sanemi was taking hits while Gyomei was untouched because Sanemi was already massively injured. He was still fighting on par with Gyomei until LS Kokushibo appeared. If Sanemi was fresh he would likely be untouched as well.
(4) Injured Sanemi is massively faster than STW Gyomei in both movement and attack speed
