If so, is there any situation where the "Monster" destroyed wouldn't be banished (except restrictions such as Artifact Lancea)?
This is only a Dark Contract because it's a "Retrain" of a Manga D/D card. Aside from making everything searchable with Piri Reis Map, what else does this do?

Since you're already going to have Transaction Rollback live, on account of sending it to the GY, I went a different route with this card's Graveyard effect, allowing it to 'copy' and Special Summon any Monster that mentions a Trap, including the other Critias Fusions.
>Must be Special Summoned with "The Fang of Critias", using "Transaction Rollback". Once per turn (Quick Effect): you can pay half your LP, then target 1 Normal Trap in your opponent's GY; this effect becomes that card's activation effect. (Quick Effect) You can banish this card from your GY and pay half your LP: banish a Trap from your hand, Deck or GY, then Special Summon 1 Monster from your Deck or Extra Deck that mentions the banished Trap, ignoring its Summoning conditions. You can only use 1 effect of "Contract Rollback Dragon" per turn, and only once that turn.
This does allow you to cheat out cards with Extra Foolish Burial, but you're already cheating Traps with regular Transaction Rollback, so thematically it adds up.
