Citigold relationship manager

I've been with Citibank for many years - the relationship managers never had issues waiving incoming and outgoing wire fees (I know online wires are auto-waived but I mean in person). My relationship manager said they lost the ability to waive wire fees about a year ago. They lost a lot of their other abilities too (like waiving late fees for credit cards). Anyone else have experience with this? Has anyone tried to escalate to someone above relationship managers?

I'm looking to get back into tennis (I was about a 3.0-3.5 USTA a few years ago) - are there any leagues or ways to connect with other players? I'm familiar with Gladiator Tennis but I missed the registration deadline for the Springs Singles league. Thanks!

Hi all - my spouse and I have tried couples therapy with several different therapists over the last decade and haven't quite found a good fit. Most of the therapists have been Gottman certified and the sessions have focused on that (e.g., four horsemen, anatomy of an argument, etc.). As a result, we've found the direction of the sessions with these therapists to be kind of formulaic - they end up trying to fit a textbook to our lives (saying stuff like "anxiety/stress is a level two emotion so you MUST be feeling fear or anger... what's making you scared/angry?") We did find one therapist who was almost perfect - she was a social worker and just started working as a therapist less than a year ago, but then she had to suddenly leave the job due to personal reasons.

We are a very pragmatic couple. We have young kids at home and time is scarce in our lives right now. We're looking for a therapist that would help us in a much more practical way - finding real compromise in specific arguments, telling us what they think is fair/unfair, calling out eyerolling and specific passive aggressive behavior, giving us practical solutions to every day problems, etc. We are not looking for a therapist who teaches us breathing exercises or just asks questions like "how does that make you feel?".

My question is -- how can we quickly vet these types/styles of therapists? Either by searching or quick dialogue. Apologies for the rambly post but it's difficult to describe what we're looking for (which is part of the problem that we're looking to address).

Thank you!!
