


How do I look like this? (I am the third pic)
So I train till failure and I also do progressive overload, I am 5’11 and I weigh 160 lb and have been working out for 3 and a half years so far. Consistently, I eat 3k calories with the proper nutrients such as protein gram/lb with the right amount of fiber and fats, etc. I make sure to take 2 rest days then get back to it.
