
So I checked my credit score on Paisabazaar and within minutes I started getting calls. Ignored a couple, then picked one.
Guy says:
- “Your CIBIL is good”
- “But CRIF score is low”
- “This will affect loans”
Then he pitches Credit+ and tells me:
I asked him clearly multiple times, like do I have to visit branch?
He said: Also said no refund after payment.
So I paid ₹1300 thinking okay, they’ll actually help.
Then comes the “expert” call…
And bro… completely different story.
He just:
- Sent me an email template
- Told me to mail the bank myself
- Wait 10 days
- Follow up myself
That’s it.
I was like… seriously?
I paid ₹1300 for this?
Even in their ₹99 report they already give steps to raise disputes 🤦
So I didn’t depend on them.
I:
- Contacted bank myself
- Got branch manager number
- Spoke to loan department
- Closed the loan on my own
Then I raised complaint with Paisabazaar.
Explained everything.
They checked the sales call and actually agreed the sales guy gave wrong info.
Now they said refund will be processed in 7 days.
Main issue is not the service…
It’s how they sell it.
If they had just said: I would’ve never paid.
So yeah…
If anyone is thinking of taking Credit+:
Just know you’ll still be doing everything yourself.
Save your ₹1300.
