Best weight loss / energy stack with Tirz?

First time posting on Reddit, be gentle to me haha

Been on Tirz for about 3 1/2 months. First 2 1/2 months I lost over 10kg and felt great, everyone noticing, life was grand! But now for the last month I’ve barely lost anything (1/2kg) and getting super frustrated, still have 10kg to go and was expecting to be looking great by summer but now stalled out. A week and a half ago I upped to 12mg / week and split my dose to twice a week.
So I’m wondering what is the best stack to add for weight loss and if energy increase that’s cool too. I just tested my testosterone and I’m really in a healthy / good range for my age (47) so I think I’ll hold off that for now.
I see a lot of different peps people praising like mots-c, Tesamorelin, or others so I really can’t figure out which one would be best to break my stall and help me start losing weight again.
By the way, I exercise everyday (gym or pickleball or surfing) and and not eating too much.
So any experience from you guys or advice on what pep to add or else I’m even thinking to try switching to Reta now tho I don’t know how to go about that.
