SS31 @1mg for 10 day. Is it enough?

Had great results with my last post so here we go again!

Being told by a local pep coach to just give my rat 1mg of SS31 for 10 days as a primer to mots-c. However, 90% of experiences I see are saying to take 5mg or even 10mg or more (with 10% supporting the 1mg / 10days approach). I double checked with my her and she doubled down and insisted I don’t need to flood the rats system and should follow her protocol.
It is also hella expensive so might go bankrupt doing 5mg or more per day hahah.. but money isn’t my main concern, just doing it properly.
Thoughts?

SS31 before GLOW or no?

Just did my first pin of GLOW tonight then had an idea and googled it, and sure enough google AI saying I should have done a cycle of ss31 first to prime my body. I know this is the case with mots-c but how about GLOW?
It’s not too late to put aside the GLOW now and run ss31 for a couple weeks first. Does that make sense for GLOW or no?

Small cycle of test advice?

Wondering how much *my rat* should do and for how long (cycle). Deets as below
Rat info:
47 yes old
Tirzepatide for about 6 months
Down to 72kg but some stubborn belly fat
At the gym pumping hard + cardio 6 days a week
Clean eating
Protein + creatine everyday (also magnesium, vit D, and multi-vitamin)

Purpose to take test: get rid of remaining belly fat
and build muscle

My rat is worried about stopping natural production but online says if a short cycle and not too much natural production will eventually come back?

Besides the datejust, which watch is cloned very very well?

I know the datejust, sub, and GMT are all repped well and I also know the Omega Speedmaster isn’t. But what other watches do they have very good clones or what other watches are not cloned well?

What to stack with Tirz to reach my goals, I’m so close!

Background:
47 yrs old. Been on Tirz for around 4-5 months, working out daily, eating clean, taking protein + creatine, magnesium, and multi-vitamins.
Have lost quite a bit of weight and close to my goal already. My chest, shoulders, arms, etc.. all starting to look a bit toned and defined, however still have some stubborn belly fat to get rid of and would also like to increase my muscle and ofc at my age any extra energy would help.

Question:
Been looking into all kinds of peps for months and trying to decide which would best align with my goals. Since I only wanna add one at a time so I can gauge results I’m wondering which one you’d add first

- Tesamorelin: would burning visceral fat make my belly finally go away and give me a flat stomach?

- ss31 then mots-c: extra energy and extra fat burning?

- Wolverine stack? Though nothing seriously wrong with me would the recovery help build muscle faster and help me feel better overall? At my age there always something getting kinked in the gym or in my active life though as I said, no major pains or issues

- something else I’ve missed?

Best weight loss / energy stack with Tirz?

First time posting on Reddit, be gentle to me haha

Been on Tirz for about 3 1/2 months. First 2 1/2 months I lost over 10kg and felt great, everyone noticing, life was grand! But now for the last month I’ve barely lost anything (1/2kg) and getting super frustrated, still have 10kg to go and was expecting to be looking great by summer but now stalled out. A week and a half ago I upped to 12mg / week and split my dose to twice a week.
So I’m wondering what is the best stack to add for weight loss and if energy increase that’s cool too. I just tested my testosterone and I’m really in a healthy / good range for my age (47) so I think I’ll hold off that for now.
I see a lot of different peps people praising like mots-c, Tesamorelin, or others so I really can’t figure out which one would be best to break my stall and help me start losing weight again.
By the way, I exercise everyday (gym or pickleball or surfing) and and not eating too much.
So any experience from you guys or advice on what pep to add or else I’m even thinking to try switching to Reta now tho I don’t know how to go about that.
