I was hysterically crying on the floor because I had like 10 in more of the brownies I made. They were homemade and not even that big or sugary. Not even half the batch or so my mom told me. My sweet mom, bless her, found me in my room, all alone balling my eyes out and had to comfort me. Just because I feel so guilty, pathetic, and gross for eating all of that. It probably even wasn’t an absurd amount.

I have never even binged like this before. I actually had a good eating day. I hate myself for doing this and I just want to have my period back but I don’t want to gain weight either. I don’t even know how I became like this.. I’m only 17 and my whole relationship with food in my childhood was so healthy. :(
