26M , what medicines to take for this above symptoms in ayurveda

Vitamin D: 9.27 ng/mL (deficient)
Vitamin B12: 214 pg/mL (borderline low)
TSH: 6.57 mIU/L with normal T3 and T4 (subclinical hypothyroidism, not hyperthyroidism)

Other than this all reports lft kft were normal

Over the last few days I’ve had:
Low appetite
Nausea (no vomiting)
Headache (migraine-like)
Body aches and pain in both knees/ankles/lower legs (improved later)
Mild anxiety and occasional feeling of breathlessness
