Bit of a random one here…

There’s a small imperfection in the Stars Blackout premium I bought recently - a single white thread in the otherwise neon green crest. It seems to be loose and “above” the rest of the embroidery.

Is there a safe way to remove or fix this? Thanks in advance!!
