housing dilemma

i just got accepted into the transfer RLP in morrison. however, i am a rising junior and am aware that morrison is mainly sophomores and underclassmen. i am looking to make more friends that are upperclassmen so idk if i should decline my RLP spot and wait until i see if i get placed into my other on-campus choices. not sure what to do in this situation since its so hard to get on-campus housing

only missing biol 201 for global health b.s. and was wondering if that would impact my decision at all? its the only class im missing on the USC TPG for global health. i took both macro and microecon, math 170 and math 155 even tho only one is required. can i just take biol201 when i transfer or do they absolutely need it done before i transfer?

as i reread through my transfer app i can't help but feel like i could've done more. i took about 105 units during my two years at my cc, will be getting two associates degrees, and even earned my dream internship through the connections ive made during my time at cc, yet i feel like it was just never enough. i applied as a public health studies major and am currently majoring in public health and health education. i did horrible in high school, failed some classes, and had about a 3.5 gpa. i tried my hardest during cc and have about a 3.85 gpa which is well below the top 75 percentile for jhu admits and applicants so i feel like im lagging behind :(
