Suggestions on gifts your colleagues as a token of appreciation… they all are planning a surprise party for me as I’m leaving the company (which is no more a surprise ) but I was just thinking if I can gift something to them… may be personalised? Idk I’m confused
I’m currently at 4 years and 6 months with my current employer and have received another job offer.
If I submit my resignation on 12 August, I’ll complete my notice period at around 4 years and 196 days of service.
From what I’ve read, there are cases where employees who have completed 4 years and 190+ days are considered eligible for gratuity under certain circumstances. Has anyone here actually gone through this or successfully claimed gratuity with a similar tenure?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience, especially if your employer approved or rejected the claim and on what basis.

Current setup lookup to attach opportunity while creating a custom object child record.
New ask- client wants to move this setup from opportunity to accounts
And to be able to select open opportunities tied to account (multi select)
