24 and would like career guidance?

I’m currently 24 yo, i graduated with an undergrad in Physics, then worked as a presenter talking about space stuff for a year (but really hated some parts of the job which required acting for kids…) and then moved into an admin role for a science charity which was fun, but far away from my parents. I had to move back home due to family reasons and decided to get my masters in a remote sensing/earth observation related degree but entry level roles in the sector are so so empty and competitive. i’ve been applying for some more admin roles and have some interviews lined up and was wondering, do you think it’d be better to just stick with these kind of admin roles forever or do it for a year and then apply for a phd thats related to my degree so i can work in research/gain access to more senior roles in the sector? the latter feels more risky stability wise (with parents that are growing to be reliant on me) but i find my studies so interesting and would love a more technical/climate related job. but the admin jobs i find are v monotone but so much more stable and secure…

So i’m currently doing a masters course at leicester and it’s where my parents are based, prior to this i had an admin assistant role in london but found it super lonely and am now back home - i wanted to find a career in remote sensing but it’s far too niche and im worried it’ll take me a long time to find a good enough job that i enjoy so i want to find another admin role in the meantime but am struggling to find jobs? ive applied to some nhs ones but haven’t heard back, does anyone know where i might be able to find such jobs / if there’s another route i could take? its making me super anxious to not have a stream of income..
