If I wanted an AR15 (5.56mm) SBR, but I'm wrong-handed, what are my options?

My goal is an AR15 sbr that has controls for a left-handed user but is compatible with standard AR15 parts so I can easily find parts for repair/replacement.

Dumb question but I hate kf3 but love kf2, is there still a community if I wamt to do co op online?
