I have 7 8 months old Cockatiel that has a band (ring) on it's right leg, I would like to get it removed and have contacted around half a dozen vet's in Sharjah. All of them have said that they won't do it, there was one that said they would give my cockatiel anaesthesia and do it. But I don't want to do it. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure if anyone has an idea on this. There is shop infront of my building and there is kacha parking where you can park your car. The shop owner has started keeping cycles to block parking for his customers. Is there any regulations on this? Who can we contact as taking up 3 slots is a bit excessive, I understand taking 1 slot, but blocking the parking for 3 cars is a bit too much.

Is this something that can be escalated to municipality. Has anyone faced this?
