rtx 3090 24gb or 5060ti 16gb?

I am currently learning to use Comfyui, specifically Minimax H3. But with my AMD RX 7900 gre and 32gb of RAM the generations take way too long. So I'm thinking to buy a used 3090 or a brand new 5060ti. Which should I choose? For future proofing. And also how much ram is enough? Never thought I'd see a day where 32gb ram wouldn't be enough.

They are not extending my contract and I only have 2 weeks left.

So I've been working as the Sole Accountant in a newly established Korean University in Kazakhstan. The pay was good. But I was told only yesterday by the shitty boss that they were not going to extend my contract and that the my replacement is coming next week. My contract expires in 2 weeks. The problem is that kind of salary is impossible to find in this city. So, I'll have to settle for a salary less than double, and if I even get lucky.

They posted a job offer for my replacement behind my back in June 19th. Since nobody was telling me anything I've been hoping nothing was wrong. I only got told yesterday by my boss.

P.S. The reason they are not extending my contract is because I've been the negative guy in the workplace. Mainly because I was constantly comparing myself to my coworkers, which were 5 ladies (administrative personnel) who weren't doing much, laughing and talking in the office pretty much all day, disturbing my work with their noise and still getting 70-77 % of my salary. I brought this up a couple times to the boss and got hated instantly. I am also pretty introverted, so I cannot suck up to the boss so masterfully like those ladies can.
