Would a 45 lb adjustable dumbbell set be enough to get an athletic, lean physique?

Diagnosed with Still’s disease in 2023 and was on steriods for one full year and then stopped it completely.
In remission since then.
Now coming to the problem im facing - hyoid clicking.
It’s been there ever since I got diagnosed - especially on days when I’m not taking care of myself-like when I have inflammation. It feels like something is squirming my neck! And it clicks even when I move my head in any direction. When I asked my rheum, he said that it could be “localized inflammation and there’s nothing you can do about it.” This really broke my heart. I even did every scan you can think of but everything came back normal. Tried all sorts of supplements, diets, and exercises, but nothing seems to improve. It’s crazy how people are launching rockets to the moon and stuff but can’t come up with a bloody solution to this. (I looked up LITERALLY everywhere before posting this here, but couldn’t find anything that’d help)
