I can’t seem to download the Edge Connect and Orchestrator firmware on the portal. However, I can download CX switches firmware no problem. What’s the cause of this and how can I download the firmware? I want 9.6 for both Orchestrator and Edge appliances. It’s been two days now trying and retrying…

I keep having this recurring dream that I’m in the final grade in high school (graduated over 10 years ago) and I’m about to take a final exam. You know that feeling of last minute jitters, looking through notes (not crib notes 😂) one last glance before the exam begins?
