My first Tudor

I just got this watch as a graduation gift, and honestly it means a lot more than just a watch to me. I got into watches back in 8th grade because of my dad, and ever since my freshman year I’ve had my eye on a Tudor Pepsi.
I worked hard for my grades all through high school, and when senior year came around, I skipped getting a class ring so I could put that toward something I actually cared about. This felt way more worth it.

I’ve owned my 4Runner for the better half of a year and man do I love it!

I’ve had my 4Runner for a little over a year now, and I honestly love it. I got it when I was 17—my dad gave it to me, but I had to pay off most of it myself. Looking back, it’s been one of the best things that’s happened to me, mainly because of all the places it’s taken me and the experiences that came with it. I’ve put a lot of work into it with upgrades, and it’s been awesome watching it evolve over time and seeing how far it’s come from when I first got it.

I’m not running a true 35, more like a 34.4, but close enough. I was able to fit them with no rubbing on the road and practically none off-road; the only time I get slight rubbing is when I’m completely flexed out. I went with the Goodyear Wrangler MTs (the Bronco-spec ones) mainly because they’re only about 54 lbs per tire, which helped me avoid having to regear.
So far, I honestly haven’t noticed much of a difference compared to when I was running 33s. Those were actually about 10 pounds heavier per tire, so that probably plays a role. As for mileage, I’m getting around 16.4 mpg on the highway and about 15 mpg in the city. I’ve also been trying to drive more conservatively, not punching it as much, since gas prices just keep going up.
For the setup, I’m running a Dobinsons 2.5-inch lift with a BMC. I also removed the middle sections and the small black trim pieces to help with clearance.
