Can you be a creative and a tech professional?
I am in undergrad and just completed the prerequisites for my desired major🥳🥳🥳🥳
Yet, now, I am wondering if this is what I want to do for the next 10 years. I didn’t have to pay for my first two years of college, so I don’t think I thought too hard about it. Now that a lot of the money for me to complete my degree will come out of my own pocket, the decision is weighing on me more heavily.
I came to college because I want financial stability and to explore all of my whims. I enjoy what I have been studying, but something about the environment is wearing me down. I’m not sure if it’s my peers, the political climate affecting grants and moral, or if I’m just not driven enough.
Did you guys find stability from going to university?
Once you completed your undergraduate program were you able to explore hobbies better or was your work already a hobby?
If you had to pivot, was it out of survival and if so financial survival or emotional?
