I think I’m losing a staring contest with Dino. 🐢👀

He’s been like this for 10 minutes—just perfectly still under the driftwood, watching my every move. I love how inquisitive Razorback Musks are, even when they’re just "resetting" and observing the room. Does anyone else’s musk turtle just stare into your soul?

Even without the massive mod lists we see today, vanilla Skyrim remains the gold standard for me. It’s been quite a while since I last stepped into that world, and my adventuring days are likely behind me, but I still haven’t found a replacement that carries the same weight in my heart.

There is a specific kind of magic in the atmosphere—the music, the scale, the freedom—that every other RPG since has tried to capture but never quite mastered. It’s the one game that stays with me, even when I’m not playing it.

To my fellow GamersMY: Have any of you found a game that actually scratches that specific "Elder Scrolls itch," or are we all just destined to chase that high forever? I’ve tried the big AAA releases and some indie gems, but I’m still looking for that one world that feels as much like "home" as the Tundra did. Any recommendations for something that feels equivalent?

Hi guys,

I’m looking for some game recommendations to play with my son on my PC setup. We just finished It Takes Two (absolute masterpiece) and have been having a blast with TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge, but now we’re looking for the next thing to dive into.

He’s 9, so I’m looking for something that’s fun but manageable for us to play together on the couch. We usually use controllers on the TV.

What we’ve liked so far:

  • It Takes Two: Loved the variety and how we actually HAD to work together.
  • TMNT: Great for just jumping in and smashing buttons together.

What we are looking for:

  • Local Split-Screen/Couch Co-op (PC)
  • Not too stressful, but enough of a challenge to keep a 9-year-old engaged.
  • Anything from platformers to action/adventure.

Any hidden gems or "must-plays" you guys would recommend for a dad-son duo? Bonus points if it’s something we can find on Steam or Game Pass!

Terima kasih in advance! 🎮

Hey everyone, fellow Malaysian dad here.

I’ve recently moved my setup to the living room TV because it’s just way more comfortable to game on the sofa once the kids are finally down. Since I’m mostly playing with a controller now, I’m looking for some solid PC game recommendations that feel "native" on a gamepad and look great on a big screen.

I'm a big fan of deep fantasy stories and RPGs, but as a father to a 9-year-old and a 6-month-old, my gaming time is pretty fragmented. I need things that:

  • Have full controller support (I want to stay tucked into the sofa, not reaching for a mouse).
  • Are easy to pause or jump out of if the baby wakes up.
  • Ideally have a good story but don't require massive, uninterrupted time blocks.

I just picked up Hades to start with, but I'm looking for other suggestions—maybe some hidden gems or RPGs that handle well on a TV setup?

Bonus points if they are "low stress" or easy to pick up after a long day at the office. What are you guys playing on your sofa setups?

Terima kasih in advance!

Alright, I need to settle this like adults (or at least older gamers pretending to be adults).

Do you guys actually keep vibration ON for your Xbox controller… or is that the first thing you turn off?

On one hand:

  • “Wow, I can feel every explosion, every hit, every crash” 🎮 On the other hand:
  • “Cool, my batteries died in 2 hours” 🔋💀

I swear vibration feels great for about 10 minutes… then I start wondering why my controller is trying to simulate a massage chair while I’m just getting shot in a corner.

Also for FPS games — does anyone actually play better with it ON? Or is it just extra chaos in your hands?

So what’s your camp:

  • Team Immersion (vibration always ON)
  • Team Practical (OFF = longer battery life)
  • Team Selective (ON for racing/story, OFF for sweaty games)

Convince me. Is rumble essential… or just a gimmick we’re too used to?

Hey everyone! I just picked up the T-Rex 3 and I’m absolutely loving the rugged build and the screen. However, I recently checked the Zepp support page and saw the EOL (End of Life) for security updates is September 2027.

Since that’s only about a year and a half away, I’m curious—is anyone here still rocking an "officially" EOL Amazfit watch (like the T-Rex Pro or older GTR/GTS models)?

  • How has the experience been once the updates stopped?
  • Does the Zepp app still play nice with older firmware?
  • Any major bugs or security concerns you've run into?

Want to know if I should stop worrying and just enjoy the watch!
