I ordered on 6 Aug, they promised to deliver by 8 Aug.
Delayed to 10 Aug and marked for Priority 🤡
Now they can't deliver this priority order on 10 Aug so they said to deliver by 11 Aug (today).
When I talked to their customer chat they just copy pasted what their AI told them to do.
So in reality we all are talking to AI only with human middleware in between, and u won't get any solution to your problem because of AI.
Why can't we have option to sue them for wasting our time ? What's my benefit of Plus membership 🤡 I planned this order to I get it by Sat or Sunday on weekend but Flipkart's Ekart logistics is shittiest in world.

Flipkart's delivery is the shittiest in the world, whenever I need something on time they delay it . Just like they delayed my 1st laptop back in 2021 , just like they delayed my 1st earbuds in 2022 and many more.
And they are claiming this order to be a Priority order. What a joke and I can't even switch to Amazon because it's too expensive and there is no card discount like here.
I can't cancel this also as I have spent Rs 100 as a card offer.
I waited the entire day today just to see if it's out for delivery or not.
I bought 1kg at Rs 1400 Thandai flavour, taste is pretty good but still after taste doesn't go away.
Unlike whey where taste disappears after 5 minutes of drinking this one does not.
So I guess this is only problem with yeast protein whatever flavour

First of can u please tell what body fat I have ?
US navy method tells I am 20% fat (waist 87cm, neck 38cm ) but I am guessing it's 24%
Height 167cm, current weight 70.5 kg
So I have been cutting and gymming since 2025 April.
Initially it was all good going, I lost 13kg from Apr 2025 to Sept 2025 (83kg -> 68kg) , since then weight got stuck at 69kg till Feb 2026. I was initially at 2000 cal + 20k steps then at end got to 1800 cal + 12k steps.
Then I got some medical issue in Feb 2026 and have to leave gym and dieting but I didn't overeat too much.
Gain some fat 68kg -> 71kg, started gym and dieting again in June 2026. Started with 1800 cal -> went to -> 1600 cal and 10k steps daily with 15min Zone 2 cardio. Weight 71.5 -> 70.5 , only 1kg lost
Even eating at 1600 cal giving this low progress
Feels like my TDEE is totally destroyed.
June diet : 1700 cal : 120g P, 180g C, 60g F P = 70g Low fat paneer, 1 scoop whey, 200ml Milk, 3 whole eggs + 3 egg whites , 30g soya, 25g Peanut
June activity: 15min Zone 2 cardio + 10k steps , 6 day gym
This week diet 1450 cal : 135g P, 120g C, 50g F P = 70g low fat paneer, 1.5 scoop whey, 170ml low fat milk, 5 whole eggs + 2 egg whites , 40g soya
Currnt activity : 30min zone 2 cardio , 12k steps and 5 day gym instead of 6 day
And please don't say I am not weighing properly, I weigh oil also in my diet.

I have been giving contest from Aug last year, I was inconsistent in this year March month due to some health issues.
Day by day I feel that contests are getting tougher now. Most of the time I am not able to solve 3rd question in contest.
Earlier I was using some help from AI but only to understand if my approach is right or not .
Since I stopped using AI I faced this decline .
I do agree sometimes I cheated but only rarely like once in 5-6 contest and that too with 3rd q only but one day I decided no more help from AI.
So I just wanted to share this if you are using AI then stop it and work hard on yourself.
I am actually dumber than others , even after solving 1300 q's I still can't solve 3rd question in contest.
But I guess for me it would take even more time to reach that point than others. And I would be trying my best till I reach Guardian one day on leetcode.
People often share their success , I wanted to share my failure and admit my mistake also.
