Which is More important, Natural Talent or Hardwork?

I'm an aspiring writer yet i feel i have no talent for writing, i have ideas on unique characters yes but when it comes to other things like worldbuilding, Action, and creating memorable moments, (Which i Consider to be the most important thing in writing). I feel terrible at. I suck at putting down my thoughts and ideas in a cohesive and impactful way, and when i do, it doesnt seem original and true to the type of story i want to write. So For the longest I kinda just told myself i wasnt talented enough to write the type of story i want to write, something meaningful and emotional yet powerful and impactful. Is it possible for me to just work hard and put everything into it? Or should i just give up on it because of my lack of talent and creativity? Its this question that has stopped me from writing anything in the past 6 months. PLease help. THANK YOU
