Arvest bank new account

I just opened an account today with Arvest bank and I downloaded the mobile app like they said but no account information is linked to it when I got home? Does it take a couple of days to show up, because I already have papers and my credit card and everything! Any employees or people who know help me please, I’m new to this so any advice works.

Employees of banks!!!

I am a minor, I searched up if my brother could be my person to do a joint account with and sometimes it has to be a legal guardian but I want to know which banks don’t call for that and you just have to be over 18! I just don’t want parents on my back for spending my money😂

Minor!

So people are saying to get a bank account instead of using my prepaid card that I had gotten from working at Mcdonald since i’m going into a new job. If I went under arvest bank and i’m trying to transfer money from my old prepaid card that was a U.S. Bank one is there anyway I can do that with no complications? Or is there fees involved ?

Minor

I started using US bank because I worked at Mcdonalds and they gave me a prepaid card, now i’m leaving Mcdonalds and I’ve been hired at a different place. I wanted to get the money sent to the same account which I put in the information and now it asked for me to identity myself so I sent the mail off to them. How long will it take for this issue to be fixed because my manager said the deposit information wasn’t working and im just overall confused why I am now getting asked to identify myself! Employees of US bank or ex employees please help!!!

Fifa world cup

So I was working today and before when we started selling the world cups I had gotten told that we can’t sell the cups by itself. Just now, a lady came and said she wanted the cup I said “sorry ma’am you would have to buy the meal” but she told me she had gotten it the other day just the cup and they charged her for just that. So i’m confused, can someone tell me how to sell just the cup on the POS system?
