Sukie Baxter Vagus Nerve reset… then what?

So I was watching one of her videos and she talks about vagus nerve reset to heal trauma.. but I don’t understand… so I do the exercises and I feel some sighs and yawns..

MRI: MCL Full thickness tear of its distal most aspect near the insertion site... (Healing Timeline)

..allowing a somewhat lax appeareance more proximally.
Grade 3. Sports Med PMR doc said no surgery was needed.
I'm terrified I'm never going to heal.
A month out, I can walk fine and even jog, however my valgus weakness is still pretty much the same as it was 2 weeks ago.
A lot of stiffness after knee has been bent for a while. I'm super worried ill never be the same again or that i need surgery since it was at the distal point.

If i lift my heel to touch my glute my upper calf burns hurt and feel weak and connected to the mcl injury.

This happened playing soccer.
I'm wondering what i need to do to allow my knee to fully heal.

hoping to hear some success stories.

Thanks in advance folks.
