[SOTC] I've put the last piece of the puzzle together.
Happy to jot down some notes on completing this watch box.
Here are my impressions of these watches:
124270: Feels fantastic on the wrist, but a little small.
126610: Feels a bit too big on the wrist; compared to the 116503, it's longer overall.
116503: Feels great on the wrist.
16233: Feels fantastic on the wrist; the 18K gold chain in the center is hollow, making it a little light.
Omega Seamaster: Feels good on the wrist, but adjusting the date is too troublesome, so I don't wear it often.
Balanny Pie-Pan Watch: Feels fantastic on the wrist. The size is perfect.
Omega Pie-Pan Watch: Feels fantastic on the wrist. I rarely wear it because the luminous coating on the dial is from before the 1960s and emits radiation.
118238 DD: Feels fantastic on the wrist; it's heavy and has a good weight to it. Although both the 124270 and the 118238 are 36mm watches, the 118238 appears larger on the wrist.
The Patek Philippe 3588 looks good on the wrist and also appears larger. Its size is 35mm.
The Longines single-button chronograph feels a bit thick on the wrist, and the automatic rotor occasionally feels like it's spinning too fast.
What watch should I buy next? Rolex DJ? Rolex GMT? IWC Engineer?
