I’ve been dealing with noticeable hair thinning mainly around my crown and overall reduced density for quite some time now. I’m trying to understand what type of hair loss this looks like and whether recovery/regrowth is realistically possible with treatment.

I kinda messed up my original plan and I’m trying to figure out if there’s still a realistic way forward.

I wanted to do Computer Science in Australia (ideally a Go8 uni), but I got distracted during high school, didn’t take things seriously, and ended up with pretty average marks. Because of that, I joined a college in India and I’m currently in my freshman year of engineering

Now that I’ve actually started studying again, I feel like I wasted a good opportunity and I really want to course-correct. My question is — is it realistically possible to transfer to a Go8 university after doing 1–2 years here?

I’m not talking about starting from scratch unless that’s the only option. Ideally something like doing 2 years here and finishing the last 2 years there. But I have no idea if Go8 unis even accept transfers from Indian colleges, or if they’d just make me restart.

If anyone has gone through something similar (India → Australia transfer, especially CS), I’d really appreciate honest input:

* Do Go8 unis accept lateral transfers at all?

* How much do 12th marks vs current CGPA matter?

* Is this realistic or am I aiming too high given my background?

I’m willing to grind and fix my GPA if that actually helps, just don’t want to chase something that’s basically impossible.

Would appreciate straight answers, even if it’s harsh.
