4+ years VFTA back gains.

Since I started working out around a decade ago, I've always put a lot of focus into my back because it's one of the easiest ways for taller lifters to build a more aesthetic physique. I don't train it as heavily these days because my goals have changed, but it's great to see it still stands out.

If you're a skinny guy and want to easily change your frame, work your back, a lot.

Any advice on what muscle groups to work on to create a more solid looking physique?

Does my physique look balanced or is there something lagging? I'm 6ft 3, long limbed and for those of you with a similar build, you'll know how difficult it is to fill out your frame. Just looking to hear feedback so I can make adjustments as I'm going on holiday in 4 months and want to look my best, obviously.

Cheers 🌱

Day 21 post op updates (Dr Vikas Kunnure, UK) 2,554 grafts (corners and dropped hairline)

The shedding phase has begun which I'm excited about as I want to get this out of the way as quickly as possible and get to the new growth stage.

I've noticed a bit of shock loss in my donor area but the surgeon is confident the hairs will grow back.

Day 16 post op updates (Dr Vikas Kunnure, UK) 2,554 grafts (corners and dropped hairline)

The new hairs are growing really well so I'm gonna be devastated when they all fall out in the next few weeks.

I still have a mild ache/tingling sensation in my donor area which I've been told is temporary nerve damage but thats getting less prominent by the day.

Day 13 post op updates (Dr Vikas Kunnure, UK) 2,554 grafts (corners and dropped hairline)

The scabs are all off so I can properly see what the hairline and density of the new grafts is like. I'm very happy with it so far.

Hopefully I'll hold onto the newly grafted hairs but, I know most people get shock loss so I'll post another update when that happens.

Day 5 post op updates (Dr Vikas Kunnure, UK) - 2,554 grafts (corners and dropped hairline)

So far so good.

I went in to have my corners filled as well as the hairline dropping down a bit. They shaved into my existing hairline to thicken it out. I'm hoping my existing hair on top will cover that area whilst it recovers.

The pain during surgery was uncomfortable but, manageable and it's mainly because of the local anesthetic injections. They are not pleasant and I needed frequent top ups during the day. There were some areas on my head that they just weren't working on so it was hard to relax knowing more injections were coming. Other than that, it was fine and the service provided by Vikas and his technicians was incredible.

The hardest part now is sleeping upright and dealing with the facial swelling. The swelling moved from my forehead, to my eyebrows and temples and now it's around my eyes so it looks like I've had plastic surgery.

I think once the swelling has gone on day 7/8, I'll feel a lot more comfortable.

More updates to come.
