Fertility. PCOD

34F TTC and spiralling a little because I genuinely can’t tell if my body is “fine” or if PCOD is quietly affecting my fertility. 😭
High AMH for my age, inconsistent cycles, possible irregular ovulation, very low Vitamin D — but doctors keep saying my reports aren’t bad enough to worry about yet.
Did anyone else have “mild” or confusing PCOD before TTC and then realise ovulation was actually the issue?
Especially want to hear from women who:
weren’t ovulating regularly despite decent bloodwork

had insulin resistance missed initially

improved ovulation naturally or with treatment

conceived successfully with PCOD

I think the uncertainty is the hardest part. I don’t know whether I’m overthinking everything or catching a real issue early.
