I've been taking QUEtiapine and Lamotrigine for 7 years, during that time I raised my dose to 100mg 3x a day for quetiapine and 200mg for lamotrigine. Things have slowly gotten better, but not by much. The swings have been going on the hypomanic side more with OCD popping in and out. Lately I have felt more "aaaaaahhhhh" internally and have been having the screaming and i should kms intrusive thoughts. They come on very strong. I try to stop them by saying im love and its ok to have these feelings, but its very hard today. I never agree with those thoughts or do want to. Sorry if this is kinda rambling, but rn things aren't feeling very real
