Do I need to eat before my workout?
I go to the gym around 30min after waking up and I only drink some coffee for extra energy. I do not eat anything before my workout and I am not hungry until after. Should I start eating before even if I am not hungry and I feel good at the gym?

Why do people hate AI generated images?
Any time I see a post that uses AI images or videos people always hate in the comments. My question is why? To me AI looks like an amazing tool that should be used in the modern world.
The "AI haters" usually use this arguments:

Its bad for the environment!: AI image and video generation uses energy like other cloud computing tools; impact depends on scale and infrastructure, not inherently “massive” or uniquely harmful compared to other digital services.

It takes jobs!: AI doesn’t automatically replace artists—it’s a tool that shifts workflows, often handling drafts or ideas while humans still direct, refine, and create final artistic work.

Originality/copyright concern: Many argue AI raises questions about originality and training data use, but outputs are new composites guided by prompts, and legal frameworks are still evolving.

I always tell people to think about using AI like using a calculator in math. It doesn’t replace understanding or skill, but helps you work faster, explore more options, and reduce repetitive effort. The value still comes from the user’s intent, judgment, and creativity, not the tool itself or output.
Swordfish - New Ocean Mob Idea

For a long time I had an idea for a new ocean mob called the Swordfish.

The Swordfish would be a neutral mob that can spawn in any ocean biome. It won't attack players unless it's attacked first. Most of the time it peacefully swims around the ocean at about 10 blocks per second, but if you hit it, it becomes aggressive and starts charging at you at up to 25 blocks per second, making it one of the fastest mobs in the game.

Because of its speed, escaping or landing hits on it would be pretty difficult.

Stats

- Health: 20 HP (10 hearts)
- Normal Speed: 10 blocks/second
- Aggressive Speed: 25 blocks/second
- Damage: 10 damage (5 hearts)

Its sword-shaped bill can sometimes spawn enchanted with Impaling, the Trident-exclusive enchantment. Since Impaling works on all mobs touching water in Bedrock Edition, an enchanted Swordfish would deal even more damage when fighting underwater.

The interesting part is the drop. When killed, a Swordfish drops experience and an Iron Sword. If the Swordfish spawned with an enchanted bill, the sword it drops would keep that enchantment.

This would be the only way in the game to obtain Impaling on an Iron Sword. You wouldn't be able to get it from enchanting tables, villagers, loot chests, or anvils. Hunting Swordfish would be the exclusive method, making enchanted Swordfish extremely valuable finds.

I think it would add a fun challenge to ocean exploration. Most ocean mobs are either passive or fairly easy to deal with, but a fast-moving Swordfish that can suddenly charge you and potentially drop a unique enchanted weapon would make oceans feel a lot more exciting.

What do you think? Would you hunt them for the exclusive Impaling sword?
