Hi good peoole of reddit. Im žan from Slovenia and i am turning on you to help out if you can.

My father has been a target of a cyber scam and lost all of his live savings. I am helping my family as much as i can.

I know how this goes and i absolutely know how this looks like. That i am trying to scam people. But please if you eant any type of proof i will provide it.

Im asking for a bit of help so i can help my parents get back up on their feet.

Quit vaping experiencing SOB

Hi. Im 29 years old. I used to be a smoker for roughly 5 years. Then i switched to vapes for 4 yearz i used disposable vapes. I hir 40mg per day it got bad. I quit cold turkey on 1.4. This year and never looked back.

Roughly 2 to 3 weeks into my quit joirney i started to notice like it was harder to inhale. I am a verry concerned about my health i know ironic. I did googling obviously worst scenarios. Well since i was scared to the bone. I went to the doctor

I had a ekg thag was fine

​

Listened to my lungs and was told they sound fine

​

Spo2 measured was 97%

​

Full bloodwork with all extra bits was all good

​

Doctor told me im fine.

​

Tho this feelings persist. I can still be active i can walk my dog normally i think. I can walk on stairs normally. I can even cycle to work 8km with a average speed of 13kmh. Honestly im not sure what to think anymore.

Its nust this feeling lile i cant breath. I yawn a lot, i sigh a lot, i take a lot of deep breaths.

Did anyone experience SOB or difilculties brrathing after quiting? And does it get better or go fully away?

Hi, im 29 ive smoked ciggarets for 2 to 3 years and then i switched to vapesto quit hut that quiting lasted until 1.4.2026 (vaped for 4 years) and since then im clean.

But roughly 1 month into my quit journey i had a feeling lile it is harder to inhale trough my nose. And that my chest is tight.

Did anyone have this? I googled things and used get new data im a formni could inderstand and obviously it gave me grim scenarios. So o went to the doctor who did ekg and its ok and she listened to my lungs and she said they aound ok. And spo2 was 97%

She said im ok and not to worry.

Well im still worried
