Hello everyone,

I have a 6 yo yorkie who developed 2 bouts of diahrrea 2 weeks apart. Each time we went to the vets, he had no fever, was prescribed clavaseptin for 4 days each time and put on a turkey and rice diet for 5 days. Following this treatment, his poop returned to a formed consistency but softer than before the first incident. Vet said he probably got into something each time, i am not convinced as we watch him like a hawk because he does liike to eat anything under the sun (except of course, his food).

Now we are 2 weeks after his second diahrrea episode and 1 week where we went from turkey and rice to his regular kibble. His stools have shape, but are still softer, harder to pick up than before this all started. Is this at all common or is it a sign he is still not well? He eats great, is happy and energetic like his usual self.

So it is day 33 after the first recovery period. On day 30, a small spot of blood came but nothing more. Haven't changed eating or exercise habbits.

What now?

My feed is somehow flooded with content of American middle class moms feeding their family. What strikes me is not what she is feeding, because i don't believe it is standard everyday food, being fast food style, but that they all use plastic or paper plates and forks.

Doesn't everyone have a dishwasher in the US? It is odd to me, here we bring real dishes at picnics too, then when we get home put them to get washed. Never have i seen someone use paper plates in their homes.

Why is this trend and when did it begin?

Am mostenit un apartament dupa bunica. E vai de el, tamplaria din lemn cu geamuri vechi, netermopane, parchet vechi, mozaic pe hol si in baie, bucatarie. Ca in anii 70.

As vrea sa il vand. Nu ma atrage sa investesc in el sa il aduc la linia de plutire, l-as vinde cum e. E golit de tot mobilierul, nu mai are in el nimic, doar peretii, geamurile, tevile. Se poate vinde asa, exista piata pentru apartamente de renovat sau e musai sa il renovez eu? Evident ca la un pret corect, nu ma astept sa iau pe el ca un apartament pus la punct.

I am the mother of a 16 year old daughter who only menstruated 3 times in 2 years. Her blood work including hormonal plus her pelvic ultrasound made her ob gyn suspect HA and she suggested she quit her sports for a while and see how it goes.

She eats normally, she is not underweight, she is lean but healthy bmi. She did intense cardio 4 times a week which fir the summer is haulted to see how it goes. Eatingwise, not many changes can be made as she eats all that she wants. What we did we started supplementing iron, as her ferrittin was low. And she is eating an earlier breakfast, as she was only eating at school at 10 am, being awake since 7. So we fixed these 3 things: cardio, morning fasting and ferritin. Dr is happy of the changes and is positive they are enough.

What worries me is what i see here, eating very much, over 3000 cal, not doing anything at all, laying in ved all day. We cant do that, she is a teen that has social life, walks with her frienda to school, goea out at night to concerts etc and has a healthy relation with food. I dont want to make a fuss about eating and push her towards an eating disorder. But is it necessary?

E posibil ca atunci cand suni la 112 sa soliciti sa trimita echipaj de la politia judeteana? Traiesc la sat si aici politistul e prieten si client la birtul unde canta muzicile noaptea. De cate ori sun la 112, ei ma redirectioneaza la politistul din sat, care ma abordeaza de pe mobil ca mai un pic si o sa dea mai incet. Niciun proces verbal, nici o vizita la local. As putea sari cumva peste el?

Suntem intr-o strada infundata si unul din cei 4 vecini care a cumparat ultimul, are un garaj ilegal din care face tinichigerie auto. E deranjant, galagie cat cuprinde, praf de la slefuit, si cel mai nasol, vopsele auto. Plus lume care vine la reparat una alta, stau la troci, discutii cu vocabular de autobaza etc.

Bun, l-am luat cu frumosul, l-am reclamat (ceilalti 3) la primarie, la mediu, la politie, la politia economica, pe unde ne-a dus capul, cu poze, cu filmari. Fiecare autoritate paseaza problema ca nu e de competenta lor. El evident declara ca are si el o pasiune, ca mai repara la cate un prieten, alea alea. Suntem deja satui si am vrea sa reluam plangerile sau ma rog, demersurile.

Aveti vreun sfat? Cu frumosul si logica nu s-a rezolvat, va rog nu ma trimiteti iar la discutii ca nu ai cu cine.
