Piketown Massacre, Gone South, or Believe in Magic, which would you recommend for twists and turns?

Which has the most unexpected twists/turns, but is also gripping? I want WTF moments.

Also, any other recommendations, but I have listened to 50+ popular ones (if it's well known, I've probably listend to it), so I'm trying to broaden my horizons.

This is not for a wedding but I hope it's allowed because I don't know where else to post it. I have a last minute event I need to attend in less than a week and it's sort of my worst nightmare, it's a black tie event for work.

I work in a male dominated industry that is not fashion forward at all, looking for something that is understated (trying to avoid bright colors), but I can also feel feminine in and not matronly (I'm in my 30s!). I'm struggling because many dresses that I'm finding to be appropriate feel very MOB to me. Would either of these dresses off rent the runway be appropriate? I'm willing to buy but don't want to spend more than $100 since I am likely only wearing this once.

I know she'll never admit it publicly, but do you think she knows? And as fake as she is, she genuinely seemed to be in love with him. Just listening to the songs she wrote about him, they really feel like developing a crush and falling in love, unlike the trash songs she writes about Travis, which just sound like some made up BS Disney princess movie. I really feel like she's going to snap one day.
