I just realized this game had squirrels. I have a couple hundred hours in the game.

RDR2 is genuinely one of the few games I play that I actually discover things even well after a year when I finished the story mode.

Someone at Rockstar made a squirrel with animations and it took me a year or two to notice that work.

I also recently learned they made growing and shrink horse testicals depending on the environment you are in because I guess why not.

I swear if I see ants and they all have occupations like one ant carries a piece of wood or a crumb of a food, I'm just gonna be concern about Rockstar's sanity.

I guess that's why they are called "Rockstar", because you have to be borderline psycho and mentally insane to have that level of detail in a game where the player may never actually see it. I'm concern for the health of the GTA 6 employees.

Any advice on SNES games not working properly?

I have a bunch of SNES games on my system and for some reason they have graphics issues like no other library on my DS, which sucks because they are the games I want to play the most right now.

Some characters would be just missing or be a mess, some games freeze, some games don't load at all, so on. I redownloaded the library a couple times and even tested them on my computer and they work, just not on my DS.

I assume the SNES has some "special sauce" that makes them work on their original system and the DS graphics don't handle it properly?? I genuinely have no clue. NES works, Genesis as far as I can tell works, the only retro system I'm having troubles at the moment is SNES.

Thank you for any help.

Just realized today is the 20th anniversary of the North American release of New Super Mario Bros.

And Japan's 20th anniversary in ten days.

My all-time favorite Mario game.

Sports Island DS ("Wii Sports" for your DS)

So in my never-ending journey of finding games to play on DS that I either never heard of or haven't had a chance to play as a kid, "Sports Island DS" developed by Hudson Soft. I suppose a "Wii Sports" on your DS.

Maybe there was some marketing back when this game launched or maybe Wii Sports hasn't exploded in popularity at the time yet, I never knew Nintendo had a DS version, otherwise I play it more. Stylus DEFINITELY necessary here.

They have some different games you can play than Wii Sports but there is another game called "Clubhouse Games" which might have a few mini games you are looking for. And I know soccer (football) and American football are on DS, I'm sure other sports not including in either games have their own game.

GTA on DS

The DS library never ceases to amaze me. There are so many games and so many different types of games and yet the title that surprises me the most is Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars, a full GTA game on the DS.

Sure it's top-down and controls are finicky but Rockstar putting an entire GTA on the DS is really cool. I never played the whole game as a kid but I'm playing through it now and it's I think the closest to an open-world we got on the DS. Unless there are other titles I'm missing out on?

What's a game that is usually on home consoles that you get surprised are on DS? I love to expand my library and play through some bigger titles. Trying to get out of first-party stuff.

New to ereaders, what to look for?

I find myself (not much of a reader at all) suddenly in a mood to read a bit.

I was looking up ereaders that are not Kindles or locked to their book store but cheap and had an SD card slot. Those are really all I care about, card slot and no lock in.
And preferably I don't have to go through the hassle of jailbreaking, just something that works.

Any advice or devices you guys recommend?

I also would like to note I do have a DS that I can read books off of but I'm seeing any other options out of curiosity.

Thank you.

Update: I figure out how to load ebooks onto my DS and J think I'll be satisfied with that option as I don't read often or get a chance to read often.

I thank everyone for their suggestions! Appreciate you guys.

I don't know how feasible it is to have Minecraft Dungeons or Legends, but Bedrock should be native by now. Or at the very least a downloadable iPad/iPhone app on Mac.

I get that programming wise, might not be comparable but other apps and games figured out how to translate their Windows build to Mac like Cyberpunk as an example.
I just selfishly don't want to pay $74 a year for Crossover, for one game, that I already bought.

Why would I want to play Bedrock over Java? I find Bedrock easier to setup and especially add add-ons. Plus the Neo has a phone chip, so it kinda makes sense at this point. I just like to have all the games I bought through the Minecraft launcher, there that's my logic, and I don't want to pay money or pay forever to do it when I already bought the games.

Yes I understand Crossover is one time and not a subscription but from what one Redditor told me, to get the next year's updates, I would have to pay again. It's effectively. Yearly subscription, I don't care how else you spin it. Paying annually to get updates might as well be subscription.
