Recruiter confused candidate isn’t waiting by the phone for their call.

And of course, letting it go to voicemail would have shown a lack of interest in the job and the candidate would have lost it immediately.

Edit: We talked to the company and told them we weren't happy and wanted to cancel. They said that was fine and we just paid the invoice and are done with them!

We signed this for two years since they had been servicing the pool. Turns out the bill this month, the second month was double the service fee due to the amount of chemicals they put in it. The new guy we’ve got, the old person got put in a new route, has been throwing 3 chlorine tablets in, found out they are 7 each, and a cup of shock at like 6.99. We converted it to a salt pool, told the dispatcher who said she would let the tech know then apparently told the guy to shock a crystal clear pool who was going to do it until I told him not too because obviously it didn’t need it. Not sure what to do and yes I know I was dumb but wonder is a contract like this standard for pool companies?
