Seeking input from anyone dealing with EPFO Regional Office Bandra/Powai regarding withdrawal timelines.

Brief Background:

Initial Form 19 was filed on 17-June and rejected on 11-July with remark "Date of Exit EPF is less than 12 months...". My exit date was already marked months ago, making this rejection reason procedurally inaccurate.

I re-filed Form 10C on 06-July and Form 19 on 11-July.

Both claims have been stuck at "Claim Submitted At Portal" for nearly two weeks now with no progress to field office.

Grievance (CPGRAMS) and RTI have already been submitted.

Questions:

Has anyone recently seen movement for Bandra/Powai claims stuck at portal level?

How did you get around the incorrect "12 months exit" rejection if it happened to you?

Looking for actionable insights or advice regarding an ongoing delay and procedural issue with my PF withdrawal claims at Regional Office Bandra/Powai.

Key Timeline & Case Details:

17-Jun-2026: Submitted Form 19 for final settlement.

11-Jul-2026: After portal downtime in late June/early July, the claim was rejected with the remark: "Member's Date of Exit EPF is less than 12 months, and the Reason for Exit is neither permanent disablement nor retirement."

Context: My Date of Exit was updated long ago, and as per standard EPFO rules, full withdrawal (Form 19) is allowed after 2 months of non-employment. The rejection reason cited seems procedurally incorrect.

Re-applications:

Form 10C: Resubmitted on 06-Jul-2026

Form 19: Resubmitted on 11-Jul-2026

Current Status: Both claims have been stuck at "Claim Submitted At Portal" for 2+ weeks with zero movement to "Sent to Field Office" or "Under Process".

Escalations Done So Far:

Filed grievances via CPGRAMS and EPFiGMS portal.

Submitted an RTI application regarding the processing delay and rejection reasoning.

Escalated via social media (X/Twitter) and official email support.

Questions for the Community:

Has anyone faced and successfully resolved the "Date of Exit < 12 months" rejection error without visiting the field office?

What is the current average timeline for RO Bandra/Powai to move claims from "Submitted At Portal" to "Under Process"?

Are there any effective regional escalation routes or emails that actually get the dealing officer to process the pending file?
