I recently joined a new company and, while checking my EPFO passbook, noticed that part of my employer's PF contribution is being allocated to EPS (Pension Scheme) instead of the full employer contribution going to EPF.

Hey everyone,

If you are trying to transfer your old PF to your current account using the One Member One EPF option and keep running into the "Failed to get OTP" error, here is a simple workaround that works.

The Issue

In Step 1 (Select details of previous establishment), if you fetch your details using your Previous Member ID / Old PF Account Number, the portal throws a "Failed to send an OTP" error when you try to authenticate in Step 2.

The Fix

Instead of selecting the Old PF Account Number option in Step 1, select the UAN option.

1. Choose UAN under Step 1 and enter your UAN.
2. Get details and select your previous establishment.
3. Proceed to Step 2. The OTP will now go through without any issues!

Dos anyone know when will they reset Limit ater first withdrawal??

If I have 10L rupees in my account on 3rd july and I took 7.5L rupees withdrawal

Now my limit is Zero bUt I have money Left in my Account and I need to withdrawal again as My requirement of money was 9L total (as assuming)

But portal is not allowing me

Has anyone successfully completed a call and a conversation with the EPFO help desk people? The so called "Help Desk Number - 14470" never works for me. It gets disconnected as soon as select the number 2 in IVR option for English language. I even tried the IVR option 1 - for Hindi and option 3 - for Telugu. No luck.

Why can't they provide a number that works? or is it just me?

I raised a Joint Declaration for Name and DOE correction at the end of April 26. It is still pending at pune field office since then. I raised grievances in UMANG app and CPGRAMS portal.

Today, the Umang grievance is disposed of stating that "EPF application system under updation at our end. As soon as the updation process completes you will be able to submit online the claim and joint declaration form and any other required details."

My employment with a new employer is getting affected due to this. I tried contacting the helpline too. They are saying the application is under migration and asking to raise grievance. Now the grievance is also closed. I don't know what to do at this point.
