Shipped across states

We got a shipment of hibiscus from Florida in and this little guy made it all the way to Kentucky. After some research I found out he’s a Tropical house gecko! I’ve put him into a spare 40 gallon tank I had laying around and threw together a quick setup for him. I’ve done some research and know what he needs but I’ve never personally owned a gecko, only snakes. Any keeper tips or suggestions?

Floral Not Functioning

I’ve recently transferred to floral and the only other employee there is abysmal. Our lead is out sick so he’s been filling in for them. He seems to lack a critical understanding of how anything functions.
He’s told me several things that I’ve later found out were incorrect. All our plants had mites/fungal issues and our stock of cut flowers were barren. I took up ordering and combed through all our plants and sales have gone back up-aswell as the department looking nicer over all, however there are some things I can’t seem to get a clear answer on.
-I was told for a wrap it’s $5.99 per bouquet. That’s also what our sign says. He’s said that a bouquet is each individually wrapped flower a customer brings up. So if a customer brought up 1 pack of mums and 1 pack of roses to combine and wrap we’d charge 5.99 for the mums and 5.99 for the roses, so 11.98 in total. That just doesn’t seem right. A bouquet is an arrangement of flowers. What they’re bringing us is cut flowers FOR a bouquet. Is that actually how we price it?
- I’ve been told it’s $5.99 for bows
- “snack packs” are only made with low value small grade items and we can’t deviate at all
- while lead is out sick “He’s the lead”

How do I emotionally regulate when dealing with customers?

I primarily work front end doing Sco/Cashiering/bagging. I love working but I HATE talking to customers and alike. I’ve worked for Kroger for over a yr now and in that time burst vessels in my eye from stress and have suffered permeant vision loss.
The stress of dealing with people is just too much. I used to think I was a people person but working directly with customers everyday has made me feel awful. How do I regulate myself when speaking to people?
