37 is starting to show and a Zoom call confirmed it

I swear ever since I started working from home with a toddler, my skin has been looking so much worse!!

Between work stress, broken sleep, constantly running errands, and trying to survive the day, my face just looks exhausted all the time now (and I am exhausted).

Like dull, uneven, kinda dehydrated but somehow also puffy?? I don’t even know anymore 😭

One of my coworkers actually asked me during a meeting last week if I was feeling okay because I looked “really tired” and It's been gutting my self-confidence everytime I look at myself now.

I've also been more outdoors, which is so different from the WFH life and maybe it's the sun doing the damage. I always avoided sunscreen because I hate the feeling of applying it onto my face. I was able to get away with it when I was younger, but now it's effects are probably hitting me at the age of 37.

I honestly don’t have the energy for some huge skincare routine right now. I just want products that make me look slightly more alive 😂

If anyone has some tips, I'd appreciate it so much!

Is outsourcing becoming the new normal for small businesses?

Lately I’ve noticed more small businesses shifting toward outsourcing instead of keeping full in-house teams. Is this becoming the new normal now?

i keep seeing waterproof facial spin brushes again and was wondering if people actually still use them regularly as part of their routine or if they eventually stopped over time.

i tried one a while back mainly for cleansing after sunscreen and makeup days, but i couldn’t really tell if it was improving my skin or just making cleansing feel more “thorough.”

curious if anyone here has kept using one long term and noticed any benefits, or if you felt your skin was better off without it?

I’ve been struggling with something and I don’t really know how to navigate it. I’m currently helping manage my father’s company, and to be honest, I don’t feel like he fully trusts my decisions, esp because I’m a woman. Right now the business is also going through a financially difficult phase. We have a lot of employees (mostly working from home), and I personally feel like part of the issue is that we’re carrying more people than we can realistically sustain. I want to bring this up and suggest changes, but it’s hard when I already feel like I’m not being taken seriously. I don’t want to come across the wrong way, but I also know something needs to be addressed before things get worse. Has anyone been in a situation where you had to prove yourself while also trying to make difficult decisions for a business??
