For those who started a private practice, how much did you need to get started

My friend Peds and I OB/GYN planning to start private practice together. We have some capital saved, target location is Tampa, FL.. for those who've done this, what should we consider? Startup costs, staffing, EMR, billing, insurance, cash reserves, etc.

Permission to post mods, tysm!

Almost bought one... then started wondering😅

I keep seeing soft bristle scalp massager pop up, and i almost grabbed one the other day. i had a regular one before, but i stopped using it for a while. For anyone whos had it for a few nonths, do u still use it or did it end up sitting in a drawer? Curious if its actually something people stick with? Hehe

Thinking about getting this one...

Random question. But does anyone still use their sonic facial scrubber after the first few months? i always get excited about skincare gadgets, then they somehow end up setting in my bathroom. 😅 Curious if these are any different.

Anyone here outsource their IT?

We're a small construction company and currently have IT staff in the office, but I've been hearing from a few people that a lot of companies are outsourcing IT. We've been debating whether it makes more sense to keep our IT person. What has worked better for you?

Anyone here actually stick with a face scrubber or does it end up unused after a while?

I bought a face scrubber a while back because I kept seeing people say it helps with deeper cleansing especially if you use sunscreen daily or get oily skin easily.

At first it felt really good to use like my face felt super clean after washing. But after the novelty wore off I started wondering if it’s actually doing anything long term or if it’s just one of those things that feels nice but doesn’t really change your skin much.

I’m curious if anyone here has used face scrubbers consistently for months or even years. Did you notice any real difference in your skin over time or did you eventually just go back to using your hands and cleanser?

Webcam actually matters more than i thought for growing on shorts

So most clips that blow up on tiktok and ig arent even about the gameplay lol. And like 9 out of 10 times it's some random thing happening in game while the streamer makes a face that's funny or confused or just straight up shocked.

Like playing cs and some dude appears out of nowhere and the streamers just sitting there looking lost. That's the whole clip and it gets thousands of views.

I wanna start clipping my streams more but my webcam is so bad I look like a dark blurry mess on screen and nobody is gonna share that.

I keep seeing logitech and emeet pixy on here but idk which one to get or if theres something better? (budget under $100 by the way)

37 is starting to show and a Zoom call confirmed it

I swear ever since I started working from home with a toddler, my skin has been looking so much worse!!

Between work stress, broken sleep, constantly running errands, and trying to survive the day, my face just looks exhausted all the time now (and I am exhausted).

Like dull, uneven, kinda dehydrated but somehow also puffy?? I don’t even know anymore 😭

One of my coworkers actually asked me during a meeting last week if I was feeling okay because I looked “really tired” and It's been gutting my self-confidence everytime I look at myself now.

I've also been more outdoors, which is so different from the WFH life and maybe it's the sun doing the damage. I always avoided sunscreen because I hate the feeling of applying it onto my face. I was able to get away with it when I was younger, but now it's effects are probably hitting me at the age of 37.

I honestly don’t have the energy for some huge skincare routine right now. I just want products that make me look slightly more alive 😂

If anyone has some tips, I'd appreciate it so much!

Is outsourcing becoming the new normal for small businesses?

Lately I’ve noticed more small businesses shifting toward outsourcing instead of keeping full in-house teams. Is this becoming the new normal now?

i keep seeing waterproof facial spin brushes again and was wondering if people actually still use them regularly as part of their routine or if they eventually stopped over time.

i tried one a while back mainly for cleansing after sunscreen and makeup days, but i couldn’t really tell if it was improving my skin or just making cleansing feel more “thorough.”

curious if anyone here has kept using one long term and noticed any benefits, or if you felt your skin was better off without it?

I’ve been struggling with something and I don’t really know how to navigate it. I’m currently helping manage my father’s company, and to be honest, I don’t feel like he fully trusts my decisions, esp because I’m a woman. Right now the business is also going through a financially difficult phase. We have a lot of employees (mostly working from home), and I personally feel like part of the issue is that we’re carrying more people than we can realistically sustain. I want to bring this up and suggest changes, but it’s hard when I already feel like I’m not being taken seriously. I don’t want to come across the wrong way, but I also know something needs to be addressed before things get worse. Has anyone been in a situation where you had to prove yourself while also trying to make difficult decisions for a business??
