dose anyone know of any reliable millipede sellers online? I went to a repticon and was sad to see only two vendors but they didn’t carry the ones i was looking for. I drove an hour out for nothing :(
I have a sweet gum tree in my backyard are the leaves and little pods safe for millipedes?
Hello! i’m F 28 and i’m currently enrolled in community college. I plan on transferring to a university hopefully in 2 years. I’m planning on going to texas A&M and was looking into the ECCB forestry track. The thing is, i’m interested in learning about forestry.. not so much the logging side of it. I’m more interested in restoration, ecology, and fire. I’m also opened into learning things in diffrent environmental fields like, Fish and wildlife, and even game warden. It’s so hard to choose one degree. Dose getting a forestry degree still give me the opportunities to move into different environmental career paths?
Hello! I recently seen a video of a giant african millepede and now I really want one! I’ve already done a bunch of research on them but I haven’t seen very many habitat set ups for them. What size bin/tank size do y’all use? I know there’s 20 gallon long aquariums but would that be enough inches for them to dig? also what type of soil do you use? There’s repti con that’s coming up next weekend in houston I would love to go check it out to see if any vendors carry them!
I’m 28, and i’ve never really had the desire to get a college degree until I found out environmental work. There’s no other degree i’m interested in perusing that’s not related to the environmental field. By time I get my degree the HE SHOULD be out of office. With everything going on do you think it would be wise to continue?
I love how full she is now 🥰
Hello! I’m currently 28 and i’m planning on going back to school. It took me a while to decided what I want to do career wise. i’ve officially decided on the environmental field. I’m currently in community college, but plan to transfer out to Texas A&M. I hear they have a good forestry program. I really like the idea of being outside and doing research on plants, animals, and trees. which is why I think i lean more towards ecology. Would a career in forestry offer those same opportunities? I like the have the license of being a forester. it feels more official and may open up new pathways.
