Homemade Italian Water Ice
Had a neighbor when I was a kid that used to make the best Italian water ice from scratch. Tasted like original Rita’s before it was sold, with real fruit mixed in. Any recipes to share? TIA

Anyone you have used and can recommend? Not too much work, just finishing punch-list. A few baseboards need to be put up, shelves for a closet, etc.
