I went to pickup a return from a lady, she didn’t have a barcode. Mind you this is my first return. I called support and they told me that an associate can help me scan for the barcode. As I’m heading to Walmart, the customer calls me with Walmart support on the phone and they asked me if I could return to the customer’s address. I said I will try going to Walmart first since I was closer. Support said Play and that was that. Next thing you know the order was cancelled mid trip. I called support and they told me to still return the order and everything was set and that I would be compensated. I’ve never seen an order get cancelled mid-trip. Has this ever happened to anyone? And will I be compensated?
