I’m feeling conflicted to switch to Samsung S26+ from iPhone 15 Pro. I like the iPhone, for the most part, and have an iPad and Apple TV too. I hate iOS 26 and have refused to update my devices, I’ve been watching some YouTube videos and OneUI looks much nicer and cleaner — no ugly glass design either.

The battery life is bad on my iPhone, but the phone has lasted me for years (I’ve had it since launch) and the physical phone size is perfect for me, the phone doesn’t lag, and it’s in pretty much pristine condition.

I’m worried about the size of the S26+ considering its much larger size. I don’t want the standard S26 because of the display, I want the UHD display. The battery life on the S26+ is a huge difference compared to my current device, but I’ve read some people say that the battery life isn’t as good as suggested?

Here’s the big thing… with current discounts, I can purchase the S26+ and a case from Samsung directly for £500 due to several discounts and current offers available.

Should I take advantage of this? I’m aware if I order the phone and want to refund, I’ll be charged 20% because I will have turned it on and “tested it”.

Any thoughts / advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m from UK looking to study in Greece for a bachelor’s degree.

Currently I’ve come across Mediterranean College and Metropolitan College. I’ve heard back from Mediterranean and have been back and forth with them, but I haven’t heard back from Metropolitan yet. I’m looking at a Psychology degree but interested in quite a few they offer.

Has anyone been to any of these universities and can provide some input into what the courses are like and the university in general?

I’d also love other recommendations for other universities in Greece that offer English-taught degrees.

Any information and feedback would be greatly appreciated.
