I have decided to pursue ACCA. Which institution would be the best in Sialkot?

I went to UMT , and she told me that my admission in Accounting and Finance isn’t possible because the criteria is 50% and I’m short by 1–2 percent. She said if the criteria is revised next week, they’ll call me. Like seriously, I’m taking admission in this andu pandu university out of compulsion, and they’re acting all high and mighty. Even though the website clearly shows the minimum requirement as 45%! And now they expect me to just sit around waiting till next week, while admissions in other universities are closing what am I supposed to do?
