TRT starten

Hallo Leute,

Reta changed my life

Reta completely changed my life.
33M, 191 cm (6’3”).
I started at 160 kg (353 lbs) and I’m currently down to 124 kg (273 lbs).
I started Reta back in January and decided that if I was going to do this, I was going all in. I hit the gym consistently, started kickboxing, and recently added MMA too.
The weight loss has been amazing, but what’s even crazier are the health improvements.
I had a fatty liver, and my liver values have improved dramatically. My doctor says the fatty liver is now almost completely gone.
I was also diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Before starting, my HbA1c was over 8%. Now it’s 5.4%, and I no longer have diabetic blood sugar levels. That alone feels unreal.
I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt this good. I have more energy, moving around is easier, my confidence is way up, and I actually enjoy working out now.
Reta definitely helped me get here, but it also gave me the opportunity to build healthier habits instead of constantly fighting hunger and cravings.
I still have more weight to lose, but for the first time in years I truly feel like I’m taking control of my health.
Has anyone else here had similar results with Reta, especially with Type 2 diabetes or fatty liver?
