I saw "Marginlab" but it just have 5.5, I want to see 5.4, Codex 5.3 as well

I stopped using AG months ago, so I have no idea what's going on. I keep seeing terms like best model, AGI, INCREDIBLE, and AMAZING, but that's basically what they say for every single model release.
Can someone with good judgment honestly tell me how good the new Flash model is? Maybe compare it to Opus or GPT in terms of price, capability, reliability, instruction following, and hallucinations... How really good is this model without glazing?

My plan reset today and it kept the 87% weekly usage. I thought it would reset to 100% since the usage stops after the reset day even if I still have usage left.
