It brings me no pleasure to say this. This is a community mired in division and poetry scams, I don’t yearn to add to that fire.

I know that I have often suggested Frank was a drag on our lives, that his alcoholism lowered his worth in some way. I stand by those things. I believe them to be true with every fiber of my being.

But Frank was a Melhead. If there’s one thing I can’t take away from Frank it’s that he loved Mel more than anyone ever should.*

And whoever or even WHATEVER it is that’s posting as Frank right now is most definitely a Baxterhead!

I don’t know what comes next? I would suggest a military invasion to rescue Frank but as you all know the US is engaged in a conflict that is going Extremely Well and is for the briefest of moments: too busy to help.

Someone needs to do something. Somebody dare I say it: needs to save Frank

All I know is that someone is not Me.

*Even though she will be swept away with the rest by Plague during the final hours

We’ve all had our fun, playing our “roles” if you will, but if I may take off the mask and say something seriously and from the heart to the little community we’ve built here:

It is clear to anyone with half a brain that Frank is dead. He’s likely been harvested for organs already and it seems there are some (1!) of us who don’t want to accept this.

I am using my power as a Plaguehead to declare that Frank is OFFICIALLY AND WITHOUT A DOUBT dead and gone and this is a thread to say good riddance or if you’re so inclined to offer your well wishes (I suppose).

What is this subreddit’s policy concerning booze (organic doesn’t have alcohol of course).

Just asking because a certain person seems concerned with another certain person who is almost certainly dead but even if they were alive I want to be sure this forum won’t turn into an excuse/venue to drink or allow drunken behavior.

Recently came back to the game after a hiatus and noticed over the course of the last two missions (which were really great btw) that our captain was suddenly given the opportunity to actually express some feelings other than just saying “Indeed/Agreed” all the time, as well as coming off more present in general.

That and the career path specific dialogue was welcome.

This is of course all illusion of choice stuff, and not a big deal in the scheme of things, but I appreciate the illusion, and hope that this means we’ll be given more opportunities to speak up in the future.
