Older PC “must plays”

I recently bought a MiniPC it only has a 680m - but it’s a surprising capable GPU with 32GB Ram.

I’ve not had a PC for years and years so I’m looking for some “must play” older games that I may have missed out on or can revisit.

I have a PS5 so I don’t need any new games I can play on console.. I’m specifically looking for games that are either a much better experience PC or aren’t available on consoles anyway.

I don’t have any genre in mind, just the requirements above… I’ve started making a list, which I’ll put below to give you an idea of what I am leaning towards:

Stardew Valley
Wow Classic (Warmane server)
Parkitect (a slightly modern take on RTC)
PokeMMO
Cities Skyline
Half life 2

.. what else should I add?

I much prefer games with good online communities, MMOs, games alive with players, but I’ll try anything.

Older *must play* games/hidden gems?

I’ve recently bought a PC - nothing overly powerful with only a 680M / 32 GB Ram / 6800H… I didn’t buy it for gaming but I would like to try some older must play games that I’ve missed out on being primarily a console player.

I like online games but it’s not a requirement .. I was thinking along the lines of games like RuneScape, Albion, Half life, modded Stardew Valley and Retro Arch for emulation.

Also any newer must plays that I could run. The suggestions don’t have to be old.

Any suggestions?

Struggling with hash key

Hello, I’ve just started my Linux journey with Fedora KDE Plasma and I’m struggling to get the # character to work.

I also have a Mac laptop so i am trying to get as close to that keyboard layout as possible.

Keychron K3 Max, set to Mac on the keyboard
British UK Macintosh layout.

Localectl status says X11 Model is applealu_iso, key map is gb-mac.

I’m also struggling to paste into some apps like ghostty but the hash key is more important.

Any ideas?

(Edit) after more playing around I feel quite happy with the layout of the keyboard.. it’s just the has key I need binding to something .. a few of the AI suggestions I have tried haven’t really worked.

There must be a simple way to bind a key to hash? For example I never use the section key that’s above tab key.. I’d be happy to have that as a dedicated hash key.

Getting window flushed with the frame?

Recently moved house and a couple of the windows don’t sit flush with the frame giving off a light draft. The attached photos show one of the worst and it looks like some new sealing might go a long way but can this be done DIY by making some adjustments ? I’m not quite sure what needs adjusting I’ve made a few tweaks, tightened all screws etc but it hasn’t completely fixed it.

They obviously closed properly at some point so it shouldn’t be too difficult to have them doing it again?

I’ve applied WD40 to all joints.
