I'm 48 and have £180k mortgage outstanding. I'm paying 4.14%
Invested £350k in ISA growth stocks, it also gives me £450 a month dividends. 100k in emergency fund to secure university fee for 2 kids. Shall I reduce my mortgage or remain invested ?
