2024 MDX SH-AWD with 22k miles and comes with 7 years 100K miles warranty. How much should I pay for it? Let me know your experience. I’m looking to upgrade from a 2021 Pilot.

i was looking to trade in 2021 Honda Pilot. and came across a listing for 2024 Audi Q7 Premium Plus 55, 56K miles driven for $33K + dealer fee and taxes. No reason to trade in my car, just thought of upgrading it to Audi. please let me know if it is a good/bad buy in terms of the price and trade
